Meet the team

Our staff team help the nursery feel like a home away from home for the children. The staff work variable hours to suit us, their own needs and their families’ needs. The core staff are all based in a room and have a selection of key children, with who they plan activities and work towards next steps. Our bank staff work across all rooms, which allows them to build bonds and relationships with all staff, children and parents across the nursery.
